I've just got around to servicing my wifes 2011 Cannondale Trail. It is currently fitted with RST Gila Pro (soft spring) forks which I know are pretty entry level. One thing I couldn't believe is how much the things weigh (over 4.5lbs!)......so I am looking for a suitable upgrade with 100mm of travel travel.
As my bike tech knowledge stopped in 1995 ....I am open to anything you may have..
