700c road forks with v-brake mounts

A work colleague of mine had a nasty spill in his bike a couple of months back. He's getting back out again now and I'm trying to help him get his bike up and running again. The forks on his bike have cracked along the front on the blades from the impact and need to be replaced. So, can anyone help with a set of 700c forks with v-brake mounts on them? The original forks were carbon legged and alloy steerer but don't think he's too fussed about replacing like with like. Steerer needs to be approx 250mm long. Colour not too important as I can't repaint them for him if needed. White or Black would be good to save me a job though.

Hi Matt,

Not sure if you've found any forks but I have a set lying around.

They are carbon legs and steerer, but only issue maybe the 18cm steerer tube length.

I'm looking for £30 + postage if you're interested

Thanks for the offer, but I'm afraid the steerer tube is going to be too short. The forks on his bike have a 250 steerer. I could get away with a little less, but not that much. Thanks again.
