adapter for what?

what mount is frame: IS or post?
what mount is calliper: IS or Post?
what size disc you want to run: 140, 160, 180 or 203 mm?

dos it have to be A2Z? (I have numerous: formula, avid and shimano that may do the job depending on the answers to the above 3 questions - as long as you like black).

The A2Z is the adaptor that allows a non disc equipped bike to run a disc at the rear, I am sure what you are stating is the calliper adaptor that sits between the frame mount (a2z in this case) and the calliper. My MCM in my sig has the A2Z adaptor and then the calliper adaptor.

ok - clear now - can't help you - although a2z make adapters for frames with disc mounts.
