I'm after a replacement spring for my RC40s. I currently have a hard spring fitted.

I only weigh about 10 stone soaking wet, and I can only get about 50-60% travel out of the forks, even when the compression is backed right off and I'm bouncing up and down on the front end!

The forks have only just come back from being serviced at Fork English, so I know that the issue is nothing to do with anything else - just the spring!

If anyone has either a medium or soft spring (medium preferably) kicking about, then I'd be glad to take it off your hands. I'd happily swap it for my firm spring, or just pay using good old fashioned Paypal beer tokens ;) .. I know that "technically" I probably need the soft spring, but I prefer my forks to be a little on the firm side and I tend to set them up for a 12 stone rider.

Sods law has struck, as I had a brand new RC40 medium spring a couple of years back, but sold it

Cheers
