WANTED: Cheap Rear Wheel

Need a Cheap rear wheel for my Brother. Been servicing his bike today, just got to the rear wheel and it's completely shafted.

I know it's a big ask, but could someone help me out with a cheap wheel, please? Don't need a cassette as he runs single speed therefor also doesn't matter what speed freehub the wheel has. Rim brake only too.

Don't mind if it needs servicing or truing (so long as it's not oval or the hub/freehub is shot)

Big emphasis on CHEAP!

I was just looking at those before I noticed you'd replied.

I was hoping to get one for as cheap as possible. (I'm footing the bill and he doesn't really look after his bike) I'll certainly have a think about your wheels though.
