Sram 9.0 Gripshifter and Rear Mech (sorry little edit)

After a SRAM 9.0 Gripshifter and Rear Mech if possible, Ill be honest Im not sure what this stuff is like but it fit the bike im building I already have a sifter but its nakered the grip and decomposed so much its like chewing gum/tar and gets over everything.
