As title,

Need some CNC V-brake loveliness in my life..

AEST and KCNC are names to counjure with, but I'll contemplate anything LIGHTWEIGHT...

1 wheel, or two wheels worth, I'm not too fussed, but hoping for 160g an end, max...

Closest I can get is 184gm, being Avid sd7s.
160 should be easily achievable, but the add the cable and levers and you'll be over 300gm. Have you considered discs? you should be able to knock a few ounces off that with Ashima rotors and Magura or Formula brakes.

Cheers fella, I'm looking at TRP's now, as well as the other usual suspects.

The frame's not disc compatible, and being my WW project, I don't want to add any more weight with adaptors..

I've got a single KCNC looking for a home:

Leaves plenty of scope for a really heavy lever ;)
£45?

All the best,

Why have you weighed the bosses as well? They would be part of the frame.

Danson - is it imperative that I'd have to use them exact bosses?

Mine are bonded into my carbon frame (standard length) and as such are not interchangable. The KCNC ones look shorter than conventional bosses.. ??
