Wanted - small 15/16" frame

My son wants a new bike and wants us to build one. I'm probably
Going to break one of my bikes for bits.

So I'm looking for a suitable frame, small/15-16".

I'm thinking XC hardtail, reasonable quality, in either good condition or if it is tatty cheap enough so I can get it powder coated. Preferably take 100-120mm forks and discs.

Particularly fond of British brands, Ragley, On One, Orange etc.

I am watching a couple on eBay at the moment but let me know if you have anything suitable.
