Right, I'm not getting anywhere with my sale of my Marzocchi Z5s to invest in new forks so I'll just put it out to a wanted ad and send the Z5s the way of Ebay.

So basically I need a pair of 80mm forks. SIDs would be my preference as they are in the ballpark in terms of weight (or lack of it) I am looking for. But would consider other things.

V's not needed, disc mount essential.

Platinum Manitou R7's in black any good to you? 1415g if my memory serves me right, post mount disc & vee brake compatible. Let me know if interested & I'll sort some pics & pluck a figure out of thin air.

Cool, interested but fear they may be a bit top end for my budget.

About 175mm would do but I'd rather go a bit longer and pop spacers on.
