WTD: Chris King 1&1/8 Headset bits

Picked up a frame over the weekend that has CK cups and bearings but no crown race, top cover or split ring spacer bit. Anyone got some spares in black preferably? Stem cap would be a bonus but not essential.

I have a black crown bearing in its cup and “aubergine” top cap

I believe the only bits I’m missing are the star nut and the press for “washer” type part that sits on the crown to align it all.
