Reasonable black singlespeed disc wheels + on-one/salsa fork

Am interested in resurrecting my old 853 Inbred SS but need a wheelset to do so. Tight budget I’m afraid, but let’s see what’s out there..

Might be interested in an On-One (or equivalent) rigid fork too if you’ve got one?

In 26 white industries the one on mavic 717, front matching with Hope on mavic 717
In 26 also I think somewhere a Hope blue hub SS with matching front, black rims
Just remembered think I have a phil wood or woodman rear in black 26 again
In 29 pretty sure I have a new set black novatec hubs matching cannot remember what the rims are
