A friend of mine is looking to upgrade the fork on his hardtail but have the option of swapping the new fork over to a full suss trail frame later on, so I'm thinking a Rock Shox U turn or a fox tapas would be a good way to go. His current head tube is 44mm semi integrated, so straight or tapered options considered. His wheels are 26" and QR, so ideally QR dropouts please.
Not exactly sure of his budget, but let's say £150.

Re:

Hi, I have some rockshox u turns, 85mm - 130mm travel off the top of my head, what is his headtube length, there straight steerer.

Thanks
Hopper.

Re:

I've got some revelation u-turn air forks that are 100-130mm iirc. Black, long straight steerer and QR drop outs.

Really tidy too.

I was going to use them on a full sus build around an s-works enduro, but I have too many projects so could be persuaded to part with them.

Thanks for the replies gents, have you both got pictures and prices (posted) that you'd be looking for?
Thanks

Re:

Some hastily grabbed pics just now. Light isn't the best. I'll grab some better ones if interested.

Unmarked stanchions, fully working. Lowers show very little signs of use aside from hose rub to the rear. Crown has a little rub from the hose too.

Steerer is massive, around 260mm.

I'll get a pic tommrrow, price I'd be looking for £75 posted.

Re:

I'd buy his at £75 posted if they are half way close to my set. That's a decent price, mine owe me more so couldn't go that low.
