^^ Agree with the above and I've done this myself.
3 speed(left) appears to have fallen from grace so you should get a pair from buying two of those. They fit either left or right
Discrete clamps is their proper title.
While im here. Anyone want to buy an X7 3spd shifter. No clamp i'm afraid.

Taken me long enough to get a set of 10 speed X0's at sensible money (got mechs too so was a bargain ) , will look to see if and old set of X9 9speed clamps will fit as they can be got a lot cheaper . Might have to see if tech matchmakers can bit tweaked to fit late mono mini's too .
