I bought a Brouwer frame on here a month or so ago...

Googling "Brouwer fiets" reveals umpteen different bike shop sites as it seems that "Brouwer" is as common a surname as "Brown". And even though I understand some flemish/dutch I am not much wiser than I was before hitting the "search" button.

Anyone able to help with some ideas as to the heritage of this frame? It has Brouwer cut into the BB shell and is a nice lightweight frame with Gilco-style profiles.

can't help you, but if anyone can it'd have to be Mel, give elev12k a pm

(In case you wonderede, Brouwer is a common surname and means brewer)

cheers, Giel
