Large frame & forks

The lighter nights are making me think it's time for a new build and a chance to use up some parts I've collected.
I'm looking for something about 60cm and I'd prefer not to have to paint it.
Budget isn't big.
Anyone got anything interesting?

Ex-LGF Norman Fay, Audax frame 23" in old money, a small dent under the top tube and paint tatty but useable, will include a pair of old skool Shimano cantilevers £80 posted.

I have a Concorde Mistral frame and fork:

60cm CTT seat tube, 57.5 top tube 17.75 head tube.
Columbus Aelle (low end tubing, but a well made frame)
Gipiemme dropouts
130mm spacing (early 90s I would guess)
Rear brake cable routes through frame
Braze on front mech
Italian threads
27.2 seat post
Recessed brake fittings
Could be used for modern kit

I would describe the condition as fair. Chrome is presentable but there are a lot of marks on the chainstay, a chainstay protector could cover the worst of it. Paintwork has many chips and marks, but a bit of touching up could look quite reasonable. There are some small cracks to the paint around the seat cluster, shown in the photos. It's pictured with a headset, but it's dangerously notchy, so I'll remove it.
