Wanted: Small frameset or complete bike 48/52cm

Hi everyone, looking for a small frameset or complete bike around 48 to 52 cm to my girlfriend. I'd want good components and relatively light frame. Thanks.

I can offer a 90's Omega frame in that size range- here's a link to the Velobase entry I made for it with some extra info and pics:

Comes with same era non original Brian Rourke carbon forks (not pictured). A very light (Reynolds 653, I believe) frame, although a bit tatty and the new owner would need to get along with the acid yellow colour:) Any good?

Is this of any interest? Size is 52cm centre to top and 52cm top tube. More details in the Complete Bikes for sale section. Looking for £200 and would be a cracking bike with some upgrades.
