high flange wheels to suit 1963 italian bike build

I am looking for 700c high flange hub road wheels with silver rims, Q/R hubs, rear screw on hub to suit a 1963 Italian bike build. I would prefer 36 h, clincher style but cannot be too choosy. I can polish up rims and service hubs but prefer to avoid rusty examples or heavily worn rims. PM me with details including price please.
