As per title, need to make a new commuter bike but want a retro spin. Preferably a Koga Miyata, Brian Rourke or something similar, but am open to suggestions W.H.Y. £150 tops, I am 5'5", smallish frame sizes only.

Also after a VGC tricolor or early 90's Shimano 600 groupset.

Message me if you can help.

Re:

Hi,

What kind of Koga Miyata are you looking for? I have a steel 1991 Terrarunner full DX with nice parts like nitto sakae which needs some TLC (new cables, probably a chain haven't ridden this one)

Re: F+F: Rourke, Koga Miyata or similar, 51-52cm

Sorry, think I have already found a complete bike which will fit the bill nicely.
Cheers Retrobike!!

Re:

Scrap the above....the hunt continues!!!

Would consider anything similar, British or interesting, commuter friendly geometry and style, late 80's early 90's. Rourke prefered though.

Well, I have got a VGC 600 Tricolore and some other groupsets available, if you do find a frame.

Unfortunately, all my frames are road racing ones.

Also have a complete small bike with Suntour Cyclone 2x6, if that's of any help to you.

Whoops, sorry to get your hopes up!

It's a 48 x 48 cm Condor, Italian race bike. Currently doing a part-resto on it. Complete bike and not sure of the price yet.
