The other four look like mini chainring bolts and assemble/tighten in the same way as the bigger ones you usually see.

It IS a chainring bolt. Just a smaller than normal one so there. It has all the characteristics of a larger chainring bolt. Other than the male female is reversed.

Worked out that the one to leave out if I can't get one would be opposite the pedal as least force.
