Large steel frame & forks

Looking for a good quality steel frame and forks.

62x57 is perfection with a decent amount of headtube.

700 wheels,English threads, Allen key brakes, band-on front mech and 27.2 seatpost ideally.

Cosmetics aren't important but must be structurally sound.

Thanks in advance.
