111mm Campag Botton Bracket axle

As per title, axle needed for British spec 1970's bottom bracket.

I am aware of the changes in axle lengths that happened in 1978, but measuring the axle I have, I reckon a 111mm axle will fit fine and do the job.

Does not have to be grey finish, black will do just as well.

Hi

Just had a measure of a spare I had hanging around in a kitchen drawer but it was 113.

I think most of my 70's are 112 mm asymmetric nuovo record.

Isn't 111mm symmetrical Chorus territory ?

The one I have is 114.5, it is actually a cx axle, but it was all I could find.

113 is, in theory exactly what I need, but yours is the first I have even heard of, so if you are wanting to get it out of that drawer, all covered in dust, where it has been left, unloved and unused. Then I know a nice clean freshly greased bb where it can find a new home.

Hi,

Just had a measure of the axle and the fresh batteries in the digital callipers show it as 114.2 mm. I'm not entirely sure where it came from but is stamped 68-SS.

I have no need of it for anything in my stable so if I can have an address I'll send it to you karma and see if its suitable.
