I have 2 pairs of these kicking about somewhere, they need testing though to make sure they work. I will hunt them down and test 'em out. Price will be £35 posted.
Actually they're only for 2x7, not sure they ever done 3x7. You're best bet maybe to remove the 8th sprocket from an 8 speed cassette so that it will fit on your 7 speed freehub and just get a set of 3x8 shifters....
