Top pull road front mechs are very hard to find... try Shimano CX70 though IIRC that's double specific? Otherwise you could get a roller to convert btm to top pull, I have one spare for cheap, as new condition 
Other options is Speen Umlenker, but I've not been very happy with the ones I've tried TBH.
