I have a pair of high flange hubs. Front is a Campagnolo, 32 hole, quick release. Rear is a Zeus which is aesthetically the same as the Campag front, even down to the QR. Only problem is it's 40 hole. I have a pair of sprint rims for them (Fiamme front, Biramilux rear). Rear is for a five speed screw on block or single speed.
£30 for the hubs + post (probably a fiver), rims are free but will incur more postage.

I've got a really nice condition Campagnolo Nouvo Tipo 'pepperpot' HF rear hub built onto a 27" Wolber Super Champion Modele 58 rim, it's a measured 119mm OLN so should be fine for the older frame.
36 stainless steel DT Swiss spokes all round in a std 3 cross pattern, braking surfaces are good, no dings and runs straight. Hub is smooth & has had the bearings stripped out cleaned everything and regreased/adjusted). Hub has been polished up gently so is fairly shiny
, BSC threads are bob on, original QR skewer is in great condition
