Retro Newbie
Hi all, I'm looking to buy a bike or frame that's:

big 62cm - 64cm
£150 - £225
steel
recessed brake mount
not a beater

Hit me up.

I have a very nice frame from phoenix cycles of eastbourne in a big size, it's currently at the paintshop getting painted. if your interested pm me.

I have two frames which may do you. Both are 25" (63/64 cm) seat tube by 23" top tube. First a Condor 531c and the second a Peugeot 753 (really light). Both are fast road bikes with no provision for mudguards. Both frames are in used but good condition and can be built up straight away with out needing a respray. They both have recessed brake fitting for allen bolt brakes.
I have not worked out yet how to post photos to this site but if interested I will give it a go. Pick up will be in London area. I am looking for £200 for each frame.
Let me know please if interested.

Ok. I shall grapple with getting the photos up. Some thing I have been meaning to do for some time. Give me a day or two please.

Here goes with pictures of the Condor :

Quite a fuff to get the photos up but at least I now know how to do it !

The only reason I am selling these frames is that they are too big for me. If they were my size I would be building them up and riding them. I would like £200 each but we could do a deal if you want both. The Peugeot in 753 is really light for a big steel frame and nice to see a Condor in Reynolds as they mainly use Columbus these days.

As regards delivery I regret I cannot be bothered with packing and shipping but in return I am prepared to go the extra mile on personal delivery which can be made to :

a) Any Central London railway terminus.
b) Any train station London to Cambridge & Ely.
c) M25 north from A1 (M) services east to Thurrock services.
d) Other places in north London, Hertfordshire, Essex, Cambridgeshire and East Anglia by arrangement and possible contribution to my diesel costs.

I will leave them on this thread for a week or so and then move them on to the Road sales thread.

Any questions, post here or PM me and I shall do my best to answer. Thanks for looking.
