Downtube shifter boss band/clamp/adaptor. 29mm

I'm in the process of transferring the components from one frame to another but the new frame has no shifter bosses. :roll:

I want to retain my 1050 shifters because they match the F/R mechs and they're all in lovely condition.

Anyone got a band-on boss adaptor so I can have a functioning bike again? SS not an option before anyone says owt. :LOL:
