Frame fit pump

I have a customer looking for an old style frame fit pump, y'know the sprung type that sits along the seat tube (or top tube). He needs a size 3 for a 23" frame. If anyone has any kicking about it'll be a great help, I sold all mine at a jumble recently....
 
I've got a few of those Zefal SP4's and a Raleigh if any are suitable? Do you know what compressed length is needed, I'm not sure what size 3 is?
 
I've got a Silver size 3 Raleigh pump but as they are so long it would need to be unscrewed into two parts to go as a small parcel.

Have you found a pump? I have a black SKS size 3 pump, dual head for Presta/Schrader valves, in perfect nick.
