I have an miss-matched set, so looking for a Weinmann 610 rear or a Formas front.

Are you running 700C or 27", if the former then a 610 might not be long enough (frame dependant of course), these used to come in 610 (front) 750 (rear), as per the longer drop in your photo

27" and I will need a 60mm drop for the back, not sure about the front.....

Mmmm, I have a 610 front in my box, all you'd need to do is swap the bolt over. No pads or hanger but it functions very well, lovely tight spring and cosmetically is fine (no rust/shitty bits), just some dirt n dust you can have for free
