as in title really, just missed Tel's nice Raleigh this week so got thinking about this again
A traditional-ish steel sports/touring or even hybrid frame & forks or (complete bike considered) with canti mounts, good tyre clearance & all the braze-ons is what I'm after, preferably 531 tubing.
I'm a lanky 6'3" tall BTW.
