Sorry, I had a look and the only band on triple I have is a 31.6 (?) band.
Actually thinking about it I have another little stash which I'm pretty sure has what you're looking for. I'll check tomorrow. Think it'll be campagnolo though.
Ive got a Suntour XC Sport front triple mech that is 28.6 clamp on. Its friction only though.
3) September 1985 Suntour XC Sport front triple derailleur. Bottom pull, 28.6 clamp diameter. Chain wear to cage and the outer one is a bit bent. This can be straightened. Decal has been rubbed off nearly. Some rust and corrosion present and it is grubby. Complete and working. £9.50 please. Postage by first class recorded included in price.
