I'm after a frame that can take v-brakes and fat 700c tyres. 130mm spacing.
Ideally quite modern although will consider tidy retro. Steel, alloy, carbon (!) are all fine.
Budget is tight though I'd like to spend less than £100 for frame, fork and postage.
