Hi

Any modern 7 SRAM or Shimano speed cassette will fit this as long is has a 12T or larger smallest sprocket (assuming your freehub body is exactly like the one pictured in the link

Thanks :D Do I have to look out for any particular chain? I use Regina / DID etc from the 70's and still use my trusty RIVOLO chain tool :D

SRAM PC850 is your best bet, original old style chain for 6-8 speeds

Just the casette to find, found some shimano 14-28 but made in China and brown........fancied a more tarty silver as it's for my ALAN lol
