I'm looking for a clamp on double cable stop like the one pictured below. I need it to install some bar end
shifters on a frame I'm building up - this is the type that clamps on the downtube where the shifters
would go.

A campagnolo one would be nice but I'd also be happy with Huret, Simplex, Zeus etc as long as it's from the early 1970s (no modern stuff please, this is for a period correct build).
