I'm new to the Forum so firstly hello! Wondering if anyone might be able to help me out here. I'm looking to build/restore a bike for some touring. Ideally I want a project that needs a bit of work, possibly a DIY re-spray. This will be my first retro bike of my own, but work on a university bike workshop so have had a bit of practice at getting crap old bikes to work. I'm after something about 22"/23". I don't have loads of money but would go up to maybe £150 to allow for a few replacement parts.
Has anyone got, or know of, a F+F or whole bike that might be suitable? Any help would be really appreciated.

P.S forgot to say I'm based in London and Bristol but willing to travel a bit.
