still need these bars to complete my eddy merckx 7 eleven build and some coca cola bottles of the period tour de france era would finish it off nicely.

thanks

There was some nice vintage coke bottles on ebay a few weeks ago!,
The chap had about 20 bottles and he was wanting £10 a pair.

All sold now! wished I'd got some now.

no, i never got the original ones that i was after but got similar over inflated
ones from ribble cycles instead. can't believe that some guy was flogging loads
of them for only a tenner a pair!! no doubt some yank will have bought them
all up and will no doubt be offering them on ebay for $60 a piece!!

to the fella selling his, could you post a link here when you stick them on
ebay and let me know, please?

cheers,

craig

Well shucks, and howdy, and all sorts of other stuff our American cousins might say but being from Dorset I wouldn't know...I was one of the fortunate few to have been able to buy some of the bottles from the afore mentioned seller, but I intend to keep mine to use on both of my late 80s Raleighs...unless you want to buy one in which case it's $60!!! ;)
