Bob Jackson or Similar. 24/25" 60CM Reynolds, Columbus, mudguard eyes and clearance 130mm rear, normal brakes not cross type. Audax type frame or older Ken Ryall, Holdsworth or similar that could be converted to light tourer.
Ideal would be one of Bob Jacksons Audax type

For the uninitiated

They are the scoops I referred to. Built by the man Saul himself I expect.
They are a take on the original (!) JBL design. Much modified by the Reggae world. This in turn is a very secretive, competitive scene as the systems compete (clash) for the best sound etc. The forums can and do get heated.
So yeah, they are scoops, or FLH speaker cabs in other words. (front loaded horn) :D
