A bit grubby but they look like they would clean up alright , I wonder why those curved over steel tabs are black not chromed ?

ps the shoes run tight ! normally i have plenty of room in a 45 !

I did see a pair of new ones but that had shoes with them.
I guess you need to get a photo of the underside too.

update - there were no cleats and they were black steel "hooks" (rusting) as the chrome has all flaked off , i only got what i paid for
