cheap complete road/race bike.
for a 2nd london runabout.
ideally in full working order, and nice (and fast) to ride.
not bothered too much about looks or specific components.
budget: up to £150.
ideally near Norwich OR NE london (hackney/stoke).
As a guide line, been looking at old peugeot's and such like...
I'm 6'4" and i use a 19" MTB frame. 24" road bike.
