I'm after a good quality frame around 64x58 in size, steel, full 531c or similar, with the ability to take 28c tyres and full mudguards (not raceblades or other clip-ons) - although 32c with mudguards would be excellent.
Budget is up to £200 for something really nice.
I have a penchant for 1980s bikes at the moment - the more lairy the paint, the better!
My current bike is a Gazelle Champion Mondial AB, which fulfils all the criteria apart from mudguards... an A-Frame (same but with bigger clearances) would be perfect.
