I have a new Touney (unfortuatley) 14-34T 7 speed freewheel £18 + post.

Your are probably posting here though as you are after something cheaper.

does Ebay have any? I got my screw-on one from there... I think it's 30t on the big one.

Don't need it anymore so could sell it - if you can tell me how to get the damn thing off!

You need a tool (Park FR-1 for shimano or shimano compatible) and vice. Clamp the tool in the vice, place the wheel on the tool and turn anticlockwise.

most are 28t which I have already. The rest seem to be hideous mega range 34t with a massive jump between ratios.

30/32t perfect with even spread of ratios.
