After a frame for a project 80's 90's racer, 531 or similar 54cm ctc
forks not required
On a budget so cheap as poss please, there must be one lay in a shed doin nowt!?
All threads must be sound but not bothered about paint finish
Manchester area would be ace but will collect i not too far
