WTD: clamp for downtube shifters (6sp 105)

Well I've finally got round to putting all the bits off my bent Dawes onto my Holdsworth frame. Unfortunately the bolt that holds the downtube clamp for the shifters has rusted solid and I've had no luck undoing it. I could cut the bolt and bodge something but if someone has a spare then I'd rather that than a bodge. Can anyone help?

I don't even need the fixings for the shifters necessarily, just the band and bolt.

you mean one of these?
It's a NOS Huret, fits Shimano cable stops and DT shifters as it has the square fitting, however the bolt threading is not the same an M% bolt does not fit. For the one I fitted upgrading a friends old bike I just routed through my nut & bolt tub until I found something that fitted, still had to chop one of them down and niether bolts/screws were from a bike part so more luck than anything else.
If you want one it'll be £6 including postage within UK
