I am also looking for exactly this size/kind of bike or frame.
I am interested in the Ken Bird, columbus SL?X and gazelle. If these are still available i'd be interested to know asking prices.

Sheddy 25 inch Carlton Circuit for £50? Spec: exactly what you'd expect; Weinmann centre pulls, GB stem and bar, Huret Eco derailleurs, tourquoise paint, rusty steel wheels.

But very nice, ornate lugs and well proprtioned frame. Cipolini's Stadium is essentially the same as mine http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=106386.
