WTD: Pair of 700c 36 hole clincher rims

I'm on the cusp of completing my Roberts dream bike but the wheels are giving me grief. I've got a pair of Campy 8 speed wheels, very nice cassette hubs but trhey are laced to GP4s and I don't wan to run tubs on this bike. So, I'm looking for a pair of high quality 700c clincher rims, 36 hole front and rear, to build onto the hubs.

Can anyone help? Alternatively, I would consider a very good pair of wheels provided they will take an 8 speed Campy cassette.

How about some mavic SUP ceramic rims in CD colour, very very little use, both 36h?
