Bar end shifter

Looking for a rear(right hand) bar end shifter, bought one but it turned out to be a front, so I can only get through 4 of my 7 sprockets... As I am planning on time trialling this season I might be needing that 21t ;)

Dura ace 7402 would be great but will consider others, don't mind a bit of friction!

I am sure I have a pair of 105 7spd ones at home will try and look tonight.jm.
