700 wheels

I have a 1983 Raleigh Corsa that i am building up. The wheels are however no good so i am after a pair of 700 alloy wheels with a rear screw on hub. Must be smooth and true.

Campag or shimano or not bothered?
tubs or clinchers?

Looking for 700 clinchers. Ideally shimano 105 hubs. Rear accept 6sp freewheel.
Not looking to pay alot.

Helecomatic is no good. That is what I took off. Just after a normal screw on hub.
