Are you after complete bike or frame/forks to build as you choose?

I have a 54cm NOS frame in Colombus tubing from the mid 90's if you are after a project.

Hi laz thanks for all your communication,sorry haven't replied as yet have been out of the country for 2 1/2 weeks,since i've been back have bought a bike off a chap near to me in devon,i prefer to try out the bike before i buy,to make sure i get the right size bike etc cheers
