26.8mm seatpost & downtube cable stop adjusters

Seatpost must be silver and its to go on a 1990 Peugeot so ideally something from that period but anything considered.

Edit: original title wrong, should have said 26.8mm seat post.

The crack is there but hasn't got any worse with my 100kg+ bulk. I have seen Dura-Ace seatposts with a similar issue.
