56cm steel frame wanted - needs to be cheap

I'm after a 56cm ish steel frame to build up as a Fixie, not to bothered about condition as I'll be getting a mate to respray it or I may even go the rat bike way.
I'm based in Peterborough so will probably need it posting !!

Might not be any use to you but I have a 23.5inch late 1980s british eagle
that I no longer have a job for and can strip that if interested, needs respray. Will sell other parts separately some shimano 600 some 105, brooks saddle, all 80s
