eBay seller legendarymen2010 has some universal ones that I was planning on using with Superbe levers once I find the rest of the parts for the bike they're going on. I'd post a direct link, but my low postcount doesn't allow it.
I bought two sets on eBay last year, they are NOS and fit my old Weinmanns... one set are still in the packet and I'd just want my £8.50 back for them, they look like they'd fit your levers just fine:
